Every organization has a set of rules all code should follow. Sometimes it's explicitly written down. Sometimes it lives in heads of the engineering team. Writing it down simplifies the day to day work in a few ways.

Currently most online meeting solutions provide LLM summaries, transcripts and much more. But there is still value in note-taking during the meeting.

Everybody has their own preferences, obviously, but taking a handful of opinions from different people is a good way to get a feeling about any issues. It's easier to get an honest opinion asking an easy question with little wiggle room.
